Our company Villa Isobel Lda, registered in Portugal is the owner of the following business name BikeTrailsPortugal and the website www.biketrailsportugal.com Our aim is to respect the privacy of our website users and take care to protect their personal information as required by the European General Data Protection Regulation GDPR.

We collect and document the information given to us when filled in by our website visitors on our “booking” and “contact us” forms or directly to us using info@biketrailsportugal.com, or by use of social media such as Facebook, Instagram or other links found on our website footer pages.
3. What personal information do we collect
The personal information we collect includes enquirers name, email address, telephone number, country, tour types, tour dates, guest numbers and special requirements. This may include information that enquirers submit by email correspondence to us using info@biketrailsportugal.com or as used by us and our advocates such as “Mailchimp” for marketing purposes unless you advise us differently from time to time. Portuguese law may require us to collect guests/visitors tax file numbers for the purposes of supplying invoices or as to comply with other legal obligations. A client’s personal data belongs to them not us and as such we are obliged to return details of all personal data to such client on request and within one month of such request.
